To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following booking policy:
 

• All appointments that need to be rescheduled or canceled must be done no later than 24 hours in advance.

• No company is allowed in the studio unless they are also getting serviced.

• Please be on time for your appointment. A late fee will be applied after a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

• Please attend your appointment with a makeup-free face. If our technician needs to remove excess makeup, a $10 fee will be applied.

• Please keep your cellphone usage to a minimum while being serviced to ensure a relaxing and focused experience.

• Aftercare instructions will be given to each client after their service. It is crucial that these instructions are followed precisely to achieve the best possible results.
