Before Booking Appointment
To make sure every appointment runs smoothly and you get the best experience possible, here are a few important guidelines:

No-Call / No-Show: If you don’t show up for your appointment without letting us know, the full service fee will be charged. We value your time and ours, and this helps keep things fair for everyone.

Late Fees: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, there will be a $5 late fee added to your bill. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may lead to cancellation, and you’ll be charged the full service amount.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you don’t, your deposit will be forfeited. * Makeup Removal: Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. If makeup removal is needed, there’s a $15 fee. A few more things to keep in mind:

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. This deposit goes toward your final service cost.

Health & Safety: Let us know if you have any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.

Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are not offered after the service is completed.

Respect: We’re all about creating a welcoming and respectful space. Any inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service.

After Booking Appointment
Your appointment is confirmed and your deposit has been received. Here’s what to know before your visit:

Please arrive on time — if you're running late, let me know ASAP.

The remaining balance is due at your appointment (cash, Zelle, or card).

No extra guests are allowed during your service.

Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face (no mascara, foundation, or eye creams).

Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit valid.

NO CALL NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN FULL AMOUNT BEING CHARGED
